I initially emailed Air & Energy, along with a few other companies, for a quote. Air & Energy was the only company to get back to me, not just in a timely manner but even at all. Scheduling was done all through email, which is nice for someone who works all day and has a hard time making personal calls until after working hours.
On the scheduled day of service (dryer vent cleaning), Denver called ahead before coming over to ensure someone was home. He was ahead of schedule for the day and wanted to go ahead and get started. When he arrived, he was courteous, polite, and professional (I was unable to be present for the service, but my mother was). Upon completion of the service, Denver called me back to reassure me that I had made the right decision to get my vent cleaned and explained everything he did. He double-checked how payment was going to be made and thanked me for choosing Air & Energy.
All in all, I would STRONGLY recommend this company to all of my friends and family. I will be scheduling service soon for a standard air duct cleaning as well.
