I had Air & Energy of Northwest Florida come out today to do a full air duct cleaning, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. Weslee S. and Anthony F. ASCS were the team that handled the job, and they were the most professional, organized, and systemized crew I’ve ever had work in my home. They were thorough, polite, and respectful of our space. I’m pretty particular when it comes to cleanliness, and they exceeded my expectations—leaving everything spotless when they were done. On top of that, they were genuinely enjoyable to talk to and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Before choosing Air & Energy, I got four quotes from different companies. I almost went with them right away because the initial consultation felt right, but I decided to get all the other quotes and weigh my options. After reviewing everything with my husband, we came back to Air & Energy—and I’m so glad we did. Their approach, professionalism, and pricing stood out from the rest. My husband has severe tinnitus, and I was concerned about possible mold contributing to it. I would highly recommend this company for your air and energy needs. We needed a good assessment and cleaning of our air/heating system including air ducts. Shane came out, did a thorough assessment including pictures, and provided a quote in a timely manner. Becca called to set up the appointment and was able to schedule us in a timely manner. She was very nice and professional. Payten and Cody came to do the work on the day and time as scheduled. They were on time, very professional, considerate of our home, and did a great job including before and after pictures. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. This company was a little more than other quotes but the only ones that came out to truly assess what was needed for our system. Did a great job for a fair price. Will be using them for further needs.

Sean, Anthony, and Weslee were very professional, courteous, and efficient. They thoroughly cleaned my entire HVAC system, especially the air handler unit, and removed an unwanted UV light. I look forward to working with them again this fall. Shane returned to commence a planned project to replace the air duct system and bring the insulation up to the appropriate level. Due to age, condition, and poor design of a large room addition, Shane redesigned the system and took appropriate measurements. He also took multiple photos and explained all of the deficiencies. All components were built off-site, including new duct board, flex duct, balanced registers, and proper seals. The most impressive aspect of this project was the proactive interaction of the experienced, highly trained team of Anthony, Stephen, JD, and Daniel. They worked efficiently together and were focused on excellence through every stage of installation. The components all fit together perfectly. My entire HVAC system has now been thoroughly modernized and provides year-round comfort. I am truly thankful for the professional and superior results from Air and Energy of NWFL. I highly recommend their services.

Air and Energy's duct cleaning service is top-notched. The three young men were on time (in fact, they came out sooner than my original appointment date). They completely informed me about the length of time it would take, and what they were going to do. After the job was finished, I was shown pictures, and they completely cleaned up. They took great care with one room especially (an expensive WWII militaria collection). They are a great company to use. They even saw some mistakes another nameless company had made with my HVAC installation. I would highly recommend using them for all your heating and AC needs.

One of our final things to do to our money pit was get new insulation after all the work that’s been done over the last three years. Called three companies and was very impressed with Air & Energy. Shane came out to quote the job and spent a bit of time in my attic. Not only did he provide the quote, he highlighted severe issues with our new ductwork that was installed last year that had to be corrected before the insulation could be done. He was the only one that said anything! The day of the service I received a call 20 min before they arrived and the two guys that did all the work on the hottest day of the year were great to work with, pleasant, and professional. Took pictures of everything that was done and cleaned up before they left. In Pensacola, there are a lot of shady contractors and this isn’t one of them. Highly recommend! They have won all my HVAC work from here on out.

After years of having various people use my home's attic as a thoroughfare (i.e., electricians, plumbers, etc.) and the fact that we built an addition many years ago, my AC system was not operating properly. I have been using Air & Energy of NWFL to perform maintenance over the last few years. But, I never had them evaluate the effectiveness of my system. The old air handler was essentially in the wrong end of the house. Airflow throughout the whole house was concentrated in a few areas and non-existent in other areas. Bottom line: I knew there was a problem. Dustin and Denver came out, did an assessment of the issues, formulated a plan, and sent me an estimate. The plan was to move the air handler to a central location in the attic and redo the entire ductwork, modernizing the ductwork in the process. Denver, Trevor, Steve, and Garrett (along with Dustin) arrived on Tuesday to move the air handler and remove all of the old ductwork. After a hot Wednesday, the work was completed on Thursday. I can now say that the system works as any homeowner would like, with even air distribution and cool air from one end of the house to the other. I even got a new thermostat. Plus, if I feel that the airflow is not completely balanced, they will come back to do more re-balancing at no cost. I could not be happier with the results. Do not swelter this summer, as I highly recommend that you call Air and Energy of NWFL to solve any AC issues you may have.

I highly recommend this company for your duct needs. I had an unfortunate run-in with a collapsed duct system due to the poor practice and negligence of another company. Despite admitting fault to the problem, the company in question wanted to charge me an abhorrent amount of money to fix the situation that was completely preventable and could have been fixed easily months ago when I first made them aware of it. But, alas, they didn't, leaving me disenchanted and very frustrated. However, Air & Energy of NWFL made everything right. They charged me a fair price (a fraction of what was offered by its competitor) to fix my duct system and fixed it in less than three hours. They also were able to do a work-in appointment sooner than anticipated. Upon arrival, both of the workers were kind, respectful, and arrived during the intended work window. I highly recommend working Air & Energy of NWFL and will continue to do business with them as well as refer family and friends to them in the future. Thank you again, Air & Energy of NWFL!
