Nathan Noa
Nathan brings over 20 years of experience in duct cleaning and HVAC, combining technical knowledge with a strong commitment to serving the Northwest Florida community. Born and raised in Gulf Breeze, he now lives in Pensacola with his wife and two children. He met his wife at the University of West Florida, and they’ve been happily married for more than five years. Outside of work, Nathan enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, relaxing at the beach, and connecting with friends.
Nathan started in HVAC at just 17 while still in high school. What drives him is helping local homes and businesses feel their best by providing practical solutions that improve comfort and indoor air quality.
Sam Seeber
Sam’s journey into HVAC “kind of fell into his lap” while attending the University of West Florida. To help pay for college, he worked for an air duct cleaning company and quickly realized how crucial honest, practical HVAC service is in Florida’s hot, humid climate. He noticed many companies focused on selling new systems without considering what each home truly needed, and that shaped his approach: offering comfort, healthier air, and solutions tailored to every home.
A Gulf Breeze native with more than two decades of hands-on HVAC and indoor air quality experience, Sam enjoys fishing, scuba diving, and camping with his two sons.
